The Factory began with the dream of a movement. It emerged from a peculiar hope, an unrelenting ache to be part of something bigger than ourselves: some sort of global collection of friends that would breathe the life of Jesus into every sphere of society and area of culture. With different pieces of that dream in mind a few of us gathered in 1998 at Youth With A Mission in Harpenden, England to wrestle with what it meant for the raw materials of our lives to be refined into the likeness of God.  
Seven years down the road - via the fun and fire of friendship - the story of the Factory is still unfolding. Here’s a brief sketch of some of the highlights from our journey together so far:
