The
Factory began with the dream of a movement. Seven years into that
dream we find ourselves more hopeful than ever about a global network
of friends who live like Jesus in every sphere of society and area of
culture.
It is an unprecedented era of history. Though the world is often marred
by glaring cultural, economic, and social divides, simultaneously there is a
remarkable matrix of global friendships that is being built. And with such
friendship comes the trust and accountability for a global movement to grow: |
Something is building...
an unrelenting ache for authentic spirituality
that pierces the searching soul of university campuse
and shakes the status quo of civil centers of power.
It is a quiet revolution that spreads
from silver screen to the pulpit
liberating the oppressed as the epic unfolds
one simple day at a time.
The world does not need another conference:
the call is for a conspiratorial convergence.
Something that transcends ourselves and all our cool ideas
walking like Jesus right into the soul of society.
|
The
Factory and Onehundredhours invite you to 40 DAYS 2005:
a catalytic gathering to help ignite, fuel, and network a global movement
of young people who live like Jesus. Everywhere. All the time. The
blueprint for conspiracy is clear: love God and love people. Such
love is all encompassing, ultimately affecting every piece of our life:
heart, soul, mind, and strength, as it transforms the lives of those
around us.
